Pork meat products
The traditional methods of pork processing, and the products manufactured with their use, are based on a long tradition and the experience of numerous generations of butchers and on the good practices of cold cuts manufacturing in farmsteads.
Among the traditional pork meat products, we can find both cold cuts, hams, Ksslers, loin, smoked meats, tenderloin, and even an entire roast pig.
Cold cuts – meat products in natural or artificial casing, manufactured from ground cured meat, with the addition of fat and offal, they are subject to smoking, boiling, cooking, roasting, or they are sold ar raw.
Smoked products, such as ham, shoulder, tenderloin, Kassler. Smoked meats are products with or without casings, with completely or partly retained muscular structure, produced from one or a few meat pieces.
Offal products – are meat products in natural or artificial casings, manufactured using the offal and meat-fat materials. The materials may or may not be cooked, or cured, salted or seasoned.
Block products – meat products made from ground meats and fat with offals, sold in casts.
